4. Quotes, pricing, and payments
Quotes and timelines shared are estimates unless confirmed in a Service Agreement. Payments, deposits, milestones, late fees (if any), deliverables, revisions, and scope are governed by the Service Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will control for that project.
5. Intellectual property
All Website content, including text, designs, graphics, videos, logos, and layout, is owned by or licensed to The Final Take and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written consent.
For client work, ownership and usage rights for project deliverables are defined in the Service Agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, The Final Take retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, templates, processes, and know-how used to create deliverables.
6. Client materials and permissions
If you provide us with content, assets, trademarks, music, images, footage, or other materials (“Client Materials”), you represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share them, and to authorize us to use them for providing the Services. You are responsible for ensuring Client Materials do not infringe third-party rights.
7. Testimonials, portfolio, and credits
Unless a Service Agreement states otherwise, we may reference publicly released work, non-confidential project descriptions, and results as part of our portfolio and marketing (e.g., case studies, showreels, social media). If you need a project to remain confidential, you must inform us in writing before work begins.

The Website may include links to third-party sites or tools (e.g., social platforms, embedded media). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
